La vid is as a risky proposal based on flamenco and Mediterranean music, the melisma, the soul and technology with the sole purpose of moving and transforming the audience. A metaphor of life... We are always one step away from our dreams, one step away from what we wanted and never achieved.
Celia Flores and Rycardo Moreno have solo careers that include numerous albums and projects. Their musical union began with a mixture of the guitarist’s incredible melodies and the singer’s sweet and personal voice in the song 'El beso de la escarcha', after which they started to record their album and to prepare the show. Together they have created a world of dreams and incredible harmonies; an atmosphere that stems from the special vision of their hearts and that envelops and takes the audience to a different experience. Last March, the duo premiered at the Lincoln Center in New York, and together with internationally renowned musicians they continue to prepare, record and create for their presentation at the Echegaray Theatre.
