Written in 2017, The Return of Nora is the sequel of The Doll House by Ibsen. The performance begins with a knock on the same door that Nora slammed shut fifteen years earlier, just before the curtain fell. And now the action is resumed by a contemporary author exploring the emotional chaos resulting from the main character’s return. After abandoning everything, Nora has become a successful feminist writer. The cause of her return is to formalise her divorce papers, for which she needs the signature of her former husband Torvald.
