Swan Lake, the jewel of universal classical ballet, submerges us in a fascinating tale of the eternal conflict- between good and evil. After celebrating his twenty-first birthday, Prince Sigfrid is in the forest, where he meets Odette, a swan Princess under a spell cast by the evil sorcerer Rothbart. Sigfrid promises to save her and love her unconditionally. But he is also tricked by a cruel ruse and ends up declaring eternal love to the Black Swan. After realising the terrible mistake he has made, he returns to the forest in search of his love. Only true love will overcome the spell.
This year, after touring different countries (Australia, Greece, France, Cyprus…), Ballet Clásico Internacional (director Andrey Scharaev) will return to Malaga with a production in collaboration with the Royal Czech Ballet and the Ballet of Milan; an impressive scenography by Evgeny Gurenko and world renowned dancers. This is an artistic proposal of Tatiana Solovieva Producciones, which has been bringing its best shows to Spain for 30 years, respecting and honouring the beautiful tradition of classical Russian ballet.
