The participative concerts of the ”la Caixa” constitute a unique experience that brings together amateur singers with orchestras, soloists and conductors of international prestige to interpret emblematic works of the symphonic-choral repertoire of all times. This is the case of The Messiah by G.F. Handel, masterpiece of classical music with which this initiative began in 1995. The oratory, based on biblical fragments that announce the arrival of Christ and his mission of redemption, is emblematic of Christmas all over the world.
