The curious and entertaining Caillou is 4 years old, lives with his parents and sister Rosie and is the protagonist in a world of surprising stories. On this occasion, it is the birthday of Mamá and Caillou and, together with Rosie and his friends Clementine and Leo, Caillou wants to prepare a very special surprise for her. They find out that Mamá adores music, and decide to form a band and play a concert in her honour. But making music is not that easy, so Papá joins in to help. Gilbert, his cat and constant companion, also joins in before the whole audience does the same.

El show de Caillou is a musical based on the Caillou cartoon series, an exciting and original adventure with lights, colour, music and songs. A concert in the true sense of the word and the best way to teach children how to value family, friends and teamwork and describe and understand the importance of respect and solidarity.

"I am almost four years old and grow very slowly and go exploring. I am Caillou! There’s so much to do, so much to learn every day. Learn with me. My world is always changing, it never stays the same. Mamá and Papá know how to guide me..." This is how Caillou introduces himself to those for whom "growing up is the greatest adventure ".

Caillou, a Canadian cartoon TV series base don the children’s books written in 1989 by Christine L'Heureux, has become an international phenomenon. In Spain, DVDs of the series have broken sales records and more than 10 million books about the popular character have been sold worldwide.
