Considered by the public and critics as one of the greatest revelations in Spanish music, Javier Perianes (Huelva, 1978) has won the Medalla de Andalucía (Andalusian Medal) 2005 and the Premio Ojo Critico (Critical Eye Prize) of RNE 2005. He has received, among others, first prize in the VIII Concurso Internacional de Piano de la Fundación Jacinto e Inocencio Guerrero (Jacinto and Inocencio Guerrero Foundation International Piano Contest VIII) and the bronze medal in the XIV Concurso Internacional Vianna de Motta (International Vianna de Motta Contest XIV) in Lisbon (Portugal). He has performed in the Teatro Noumental y Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid, Palau de la Música in Barcelona, Palau in Valencia, the Spanish Academy in Rome, Carnegie Hall in New York, the Colón Theater in Buenos Aires, Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow, etc., along with the most prestigious orchestras and under the direction of the most important directors. His second record project for Harmonia Mundi, dedicated to Schubert, has been distinguished as Exceptional Record 2008 by the magazine Scherzo.

ALDO CECCATO director
Milan, 1934.   He began his musical studies in the city’s Verdi Conservatory, and continued them in the Superior School of Music in Berlin. He has been the permanent director of the philharmonic orchestras of Hamburg and Bergen, the NDR Orchestra in Hannover and of the Turin RAI, as well as permanent artistic director of the Detroit Symphonic. He has directed philharmonics in Berlin, New York, Israel and London. Between 1991 and 1994, he was the permanent director of the Spanish National Orchestra. He has received the Gold Medal from the City of Hamburg for his dedication to the work of Johannes Brahms, and has been sworn in as Doctor Honoris Causa by the Eastern Michigan University. He is academician of Santa Cecilia in Rome. Since the 2004-2005 season, he has been the permanent artistic director of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Malaga.
