HANSJÖRG SCHELLENBERGER conductor and oboe
Munich, Germany, 1948. At seventeen he took first prize in the Young German Musicians Concert and won a scholarship to study in Interlochen, Michigan, USA. In the 70s, and after excelling with first prizes in international competitions, he became solo oboist for the Cologne Radio Orchestra and since 1980, has held this position for the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra. His teaching career has been focused on the Berlin HDK, the Herbert von Karajan Akademie and the Siena Academia Chigiana, where he gives guest master classes. He has performed as a soloist with conductors such as Karajan, Giulini, Mutti, Mehta and Abbado and dedicates much of his artistic activities to chamber music. His recordings can be found on the Deutsche Grammophon, Sony Classical, Denon, Orfeo and Erato labels. Since 2000 he has been senior professor of Oboe at the Madrid Reina Sofía Higher School of Music; he is currently a Teacher/Head of the Wind Quintet at the international Chamber Music Institute in Madrid.

FRANCISCO CORUJO tenor
Las Palmas, Spain, 1980. Corujo began his musical studies at the Canary Islands Higher Music Conservatory before continuing with María Orán. Since 2005 he has been a pupil at the Madrid Reina Sofía Higher School of Music at the Alfredo Kraus Professorship of Singing, Ramón Areces Foundation. He won first prize at the Sitges International Singing Competition and second prize in the Francisco Viñas 2007.

DAMIÁN DEL CASTILLO baritone
Úbeda, Jaén, 1977. Del Castillo has studied at the Malaga Higher Conservatory, the University of La Rioja and, currently, at the Madrid Reina Sofía Higher School of Music at the Alfredo Kraus Professorship of Singing, Ramón Areces Foundation. He has taken part in opera seasons at the Teatro Cervantes and belongs to the Andalusian Opera House. Del Castillo has performed as a baritone soloist at the Festival de Otoño (Autumn Festival), City of Jaén and the City of Ubeda International Festival of Music and Dance.
